Monitoring device to detect the presence of food moths (Plodia interpunctella, Ephestia kuehniella, Ephestia elutella, Cadra cautella, Cadra figulilella, Nemapogon granellus), composed by a funnel trap with collector plastic bag. Must be activated with the specific pheromone dispenser depending on the targeted pests. Pheromones dispensers can be bought separately.
Pheromone dispenser available for MASS® TRAP:
– Phero-Si Food (P-01048): pheromone for Plodia interpunctella, Ephestia kuehniella, Ephestia elutella, Cadra cautella and Cadra figulilella
– Phero-Si Nemapogon granellus (Tinea granella) (P-01003): pheromone for Nemapogon granellus.
Frequency of controls
Weekly. Change the pheromone dispenser and or the collecting bag trap after two months (at the latest) or before according to the level of infestation.
How to use
MASS® TRAP is particularly suitable for food industry moths in dusty environments such as storehouses, supermarkets, mills and all those places where it is stocked:
wheat, cereals, biscuits, bread, pasta, chocolate, cocoa, candy and dried fruit.
Place at 1,8/2 meters above the floor.
